- Internet is limited — enjoy the digital detox!
- Bring cash, ATMs are scarce
- Respect Bedouin customs: be discreet and modest
- The reefs are among the least touched in Sinai — go diving!
- Day trip to Petra (Jordan) via the ferry is very doable
