The Eastern Desert

Presentation & Atmosphere

The Eastern Desert is a vast wilderness between the Nile Valley and the Red Sea, dotted with mountains, wadis (dry valleys), pharaonic mines, and little-known archaeological sites. Less visited than the Western Desert, it is the playground of adventurers and deep Egypt enthusiasts. Gazelles, eagles, and breathtaking lunar landscapes await those who venture here.
